Coach Ben Creamer is a senior performance coach for Ignition APG. Over the last 12 years he has developed Ignition’s Speed System Certification textbook & program; as well as Ignition’s Hand Combat Program, which has become an integral training component for many professional and collegiate organizations. Coach Creamer oversees Ignition’s sport science and athlete monitoring programs allowing Ignition to execute proper training, nutrition and health for their athletes. His specialty is his unique ability to combine different training techniques from his experience as a performance coach, his background in martial arts, and his knowledge in sports. In addition to training and developing programs, Ben has led Ignition Fight Camps for professional boxers and has trained over 400 professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, ATP, WTA and CFL. He graduated with honors from Wright State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership. His certifications include, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, USA Weightlifting coach (USAW), Ignition Speed System Certified (ISSC) Functional Movement Screen Certified (FMS), and a certified Sports Nutrition Coach through NESTA.
