PAT THATCHER
Performance Specialist
Pat is in his 2nd year as a Performance Specialist at Ignition APG. Pat currently serves as the head strength coach for Anderson HS, and spent 14 years in this role at the school prior to joining Ignition in 2016. He oversees training and programming for all varsity sports at the high school, in addition to serving as the head women’s lacrosse coach. Pat has been active in coaching for almost two decades, training and investing in athletes at all levels as well as serving as a Director of the school’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes program.
Pat holds a bachelor degree from Northern Kentucky University and his masters from Mount St. Joseph University. He is CSCS & RSCC certified through the NSCA, and Ignition Speed Certified (ISSC).
