The ignition difference
We are an all-season partner that will be with you every step of the way.
Phase 1: NFL Draft Training
Phase 2: Individual/Personal Workouts
Phase 3: Rookie Mini Camp & Veteran Off-Season
Phase 4: Veteran Pre-Season Training.
Performance is the center of all that we do. From NFL Combine prep work, to Pro Day training, to teaching our athletes the ins-and-outs of the Ignition Speed System, to NFL off-season training, the Ignition program prepares athletes for every stage of their careers.
Our coaches meticulously break down, move by move the exact positioning, posture, and mechanics needed to improve your drills for the NFL Combine. With direct focuses on the 40 yard dash, l-cone, pro agility, vertical jump, broad jump, and bench press, Operation 53 will help you become bigger, faster, stronger, and jump higher than any of the competition.
What goes into your body is just as important and how hard you train. Our registered dietician will work directly with each of our draft prep athletes to make sure we not only provide them with nutritional meal options, but that we are educating them so they are making good decisions when they’re not with us as well. Combine that, with our chef catered meals 6 days a week, our combine training athletes are given every opportunity to succeed.
But food isn’t the only nutritional source you need to succeed. In partnership with ProXO, we are providing our athletes with certified clean training products. Designed with athletes in mind since 2011, ProXO protein powder has proven to add muscle gain while limiting fat lbs, and maintaining energy.
Recovery is an essential part of the training process. That’s why we’ve put together a systematic approach to make sure we’re resting as hard as we train. We have athletic trainers on-site at each of our training sessions to ensure we are warming up and cooling down our bodies properly after every workout. We integrate mobility and flexibility stretches into each of our training sessions – AND our state-of-the-art facility provides on-site cryotherapy, percussion appointments, recovery boots, and a built-in chiropractor.
Add this to our weekly yoga sessions, and pool workouts, your body is going to feel rested and ready to attack the next week’s training session.
At Ignition, we prepare our athletes for not only the on-the-field performance, but off-the-field as well. When meeting with NFL GM’s and ownership, it’s important that you make a good first impression. That’s why we’ve been working with an industry expert to provide interview skill training to our athletes. Understand the types of questions you’ll be asked, be prepared how to represent yourself in the best light, and make sure to leave a lasting impression with any management team.
We also believe in the importance in giving back to our community. We encourage our athletes to participate in monthly events with our local non-profit partners to demonstrate the importance of a ‘love your neighbor’ mindset. Our athletes have gone on to be leaders on their teams, and in the communities. We have countless stories of individual starting their own foundations, winning Walter Peyton Man of the Year awards, and using their platforms for good. This is the biggest win we could ever ask for.
Since launching Operation 53 in 2008 Ignition APG has helped prepare over 200 athletes for the NFL Combine.
With top performances, NFL Combine records, and countless players drafted, our numbers speak for themselves.
